Pre-production inspection allows you to control production from the very beginning to avoid risks. Limorebrother will check the materials, equipment, machines and the supplier’s readiness. Piece-by-piece control
Individual inspection of products in China means that our inspectors will check the quality of each product. Typically, 1-10% of products are randomly inspected. However, this service ensures that all products are inspected. This is ideal if you have high standards or a high-stakes product, such as hospital equipment.

During pre-production inspection, we go to the factory and check the raw materials.
During in-line inspection, we test the products at different stages of development.
During post-production inspection, we do the following. When the goods arrive at the warehouse, we open random boxes for each type of product. This way, the supplier cannot hide bad products somewhere in the back. Then we test, record the results and take photos or videos for you. All this is included in the final product inspection report. Finally, we check the packaging and replace it if necessary.
After checking, if we find the goods are of unacceptable quality, we will call the supplier and return the products to them. Usually, Chinese suppliers take responsibility and cooperate. However, sometimes they do not. In this case, Limorebrother will sort everything out and protect your investment with our contract. You can always count on us!
